01 · RESERVATIONS
When a booking is confirmed
A reservation is confirmed only after FareHarbor accepts the booking and sends a confirmation. October 14, 2026 is SWDA's planned opening date, subject to final training-agency, insurance, equipment, location, staffing, and operating clearances. Dates before opening day are not valid SWDA inventory.
Two sessions of up to six guests each may operate per day after activation. A confirmation reserves a place in the readiness process; it does not guarantee program activation, open-water entry, a particular depth, a particular site, or specific ocean conditions.
02 · PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
Safety approval comes before water entry
- Meet the age requirement shown for the selected activity. Keiki activities begin at age 8 unless the activity description states otherwise.
- Complete the required health and readiness screening honestly before entering the water.
- Fit the provided equipment safely and demonstrate the skills required for the selected activity.
- Follow instructor directions, the buddy system, hand signals, and all stated depth and operating limits.
- A parent or legal guardian must complete required documents for every participant under 18.
SWDA may decline, modify, pause, or end participation when health information, equipment fit, demonstrated skills, conduct, instructor judgment, or conditions make that the safer decision.
03 · WAIVERS & HEALTH SCREENING
Separate forms are required
Every participant must complete the current SWDA/FareHarbor waiver, assumption-of-risk documents, emergency-contact information, and required health screening before participating. A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the required documents for a minor.
Booking or paying does not replace these documents. A media or photo release must be presented separately and is optional unless clearly stated otherwise for a specific private production.
04 · CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
The written checkout terms control
The cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund terms displayed in FareHarbor for the selected activity and repeated in the booking confirmation are the terms that apply to that reservation. Review them before payment. If those terms are missing or unclear, contact SWDA before completing checkout.
When SWDA cancels or changes an activity because of weather, ocean conditions, equipment readiness, staffing, location access, operating requirements, or another safety concern, SWDA will contact the booking holder about the available protected-water alternative, rescheduling option, credit, or refund that applies.
05 · OCEAN, WEATHER & LOCATION
The ocean gets the final say
Conditions are evaluated on the activity day. Wind, surf, visibility, currents, marine conditions, water quality, or site access may require a new time, a protected-water alternative, a different approved location, or cancellation. Do not rely on an unconfirmed meeting location.
06 · QUESTIONS
