COURSE SCOPE
Completing an SWDA course or knowledge check shows participation in SWDA's supplemental educational pathway. It does not certify a person as a scuba diver, qualify anyone to teach or guide, or authorize independent use of AirBuddy or any other surface-supplied breathing system.
EDUCATION IN ACTION
AGES 8+ · BEGINNER
Learn tankless-system basics, safe breathing, hand signals, mask skills, buddy awareness, and ocean respect.
BOOK TWO · INTERMEDIATE
Build repeatable equalization, trim, hose awareness, team discipline, reef-safe movement, and condition-based judgment without rushing toward depth.
BOOK THREE · ADVANCED EDUCATION
Deepen equipment knowledge, maintenance planning, ocean judgment, emergency awareness, and understanding of SWDA's strict 30 ft operating maximum. Tankless Pro is an SWDA educational milestone—not a professional rating, scuba certification, or authorization to use a breathing system independently.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT · CLEARANCES PENDING
SWDA is developing an internal, system-specific orientation for already-qualified dive professionals. It will not issue an independent professional credential and will activate only under the training-agency, insurance, equipment, and operating clearances applicable to SWDA.
