PROGRAM PARTNERSHIPS · CUSTOM COLLABORATION

Build the program with us.

This page is for organizations bringing youth access, community knowledge, venues, equipment, education, or media support. Commercial logo-and-QR packages live on the separate Sponsor a System page.

ONE MISSION · THREE CLEAR PATHS

Choose the role that fits you.

Partnership and sponsorship are different. Impact is where both stories come together.

WHAT “PARTNER” MEANS HERE

A shared program—not an advertising package.

A program partner brings capability, access, knowledge, equipment, or community trust. Together we define a shared outcome and each organization's responsibilities.

If your goal is logo placement, a trackable QR code, and published campaign benefits, choose Sponsor a System. That commercial offer has its own pricing, onboarding, and agreement.

FOUR PARTNERSHIP LANES

Bring the piece only you can provide.

Every inquiry begins in one lane. If a collaboration includes several roles, the written scope keeps them organized.

YOUTH & COMMUNITY

Community Program Partner

Co-design a safe, culturally respectful beginner and ocean-stewardship pathway for Maui keiki and families.

Fleet Support Partner

PROPOSED YOUTH & COMMUNITY PATHWAY

Kimokeo Foundation concept.

SWDA is developing a child-focused ocean-stewardship concept with Uncle Kimokeo Kapahulehua and Kimokeo Foundation as the proposed demonstration and default community pathway.

The concept connects free beginner access, Hawaiian values, ocean confidence, and privacy-safe progress reporting. It remains a proposal until public language, youth protections, roles, charitable handling, and name or logo use are approved in writing.

A RESPONSIBLE PATH TO LAUNCH

Clarity before activation.

Partnerships move forward only when the mission, responsibilities, permissions, safety requirements, and financial handling are understood by everyone.

01

Align the mission

We identify the community need, shared outcome, and the right partnership lane.

02

Define every role

SWDA documents responsibilities, safeguarding, money flow, permissions, insurance, and reporting.

03

Approve written terms

Nothing is announced or activated until each organization approves the agreement.

04

Launch and report

The partnership activates with a clear owner, public wording, and privacy-safe impact measures.

START WITH THE SHARED OUTCOME

Tell us what your organization can help create.

Share your organization, proposed role, audience, resources, and desired community outcome. SWDA will route it to the correct partnership lane before any commitment is made.
